Signs your email is holding your company back
The setup that worked for five people starts to creak at fifteen. Sound familiar?
Shared passwords
Several people log in to the same inbox, and nobody knows who replied to whom.
"Mailbox full" warnings
Staff spend time deleting old mail instead of working, and important messages bounce.
Lost mail when people leave
A customer writes to someone who left last month, and the message goes nowhere.
Phishing gets through
Fake invoices and password requests land in inboxes, and one wrong click is all it takes.
No record of past emails
Someone deletes a thread, and the agreement you needed is gone for good.
Mail lands in spam
Your quotes reach customers' junk folders because your domain isn't set up to prove it's really you.
Enterprise Email plans
Each plan is one mailbox, so you can give each person the size they need and mix plans across your team.

New starters and leavers, without the chaos
People join and leave all the time. Your customers shouldn't notice.
- Ready on day one. Create a new starter's mailbox before they arrive, so they can sign in from their first morning.
- Role addresses that outlast people. sales@ and support@ stay the same, whoever answers them.
- Nothing lost when someone leaves. Forward their mail to a colleague, so customers still get a reply.
Make sure your mail lands in the inbox
Big mail providers like Gmail and Yahoo check who really sent a message before they accept it.
- SPF lists the servers allowed to send mail for your domain.
- DKIM adds a digital signature that proves a message wasn't changed on the way.
- DMARC tells other providers what to do with mail that fails those checks. Gmail and Yahoo require all three from bulk senders, and they help everyone else too. We'll help you set them up.
Business Email or Enterprise Email?
Both put your team on your own domain. The difference is how much room and protection you need.
Business Email
For freelancers and small teams who need a professional address and the basics done well.
- Lower-cost mailboxes
- Webmail and mobile sync
- Spam and virus protection
Enterprise Email
For companies with more people, more mail and more to protect.
- Larger mailboxes
- Webmail and desktop sync
- Advanced spam filtering
- Email archiving on selected plans

Questions from growing companies
- Can we move our existing email without losing anything?
Yes. We'll help you copy your existing messages and folders into the new mailboxes before you switch your domain over, so your history comes with you. Contact us before you start and we'll plan the move with you.
- Can different people have different mailbox sizes?
Yes. Each plan is one mailbox, so you can give your sales team a big mailbox and a part-time assistant a smaller one, and upgrade anyone later from your client area.
- What is email archiving?
Archiving keeps a searchable copy of your mail, separate from what people keep or delete in their inbox. It helps when you need to find an old agreement, settle a dispute or keep records. Each plan above shows whether it includes archiving.
- What happens to someone's email when they leave?
You stay in control. You can forward their address to a colleague so customers still get answers, keep the mailbox for a while, or cancel it once you no longer need it.
- What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and do we need them?
They're DNS records that prove mail from your domain is really from you. Gmail and Yahoo require them from companies that send a lot of mail, and they make it less likely that your normal messages end up in spam or that someone can fake your address. We'll help you set them up.
- Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. Enterprise Email works with desktop apps such as Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird, with the mail apps on phones, and in webmail from any browser.
