Introduction
This policy explains how Cenoll digital uses cookies on this website. It lists the cookies the website sets, says whether services from other companies set cookies here, and explains how you can control cookies.
Cenoll digital is responsible for this website and decides which cookies it sets. Our contact details are at the end of this policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
What a Cookie Is
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. The website can read it again on later pages, which is how it can keep you signed in or remember what is in your cart.
Browsers also have a similar store called session storage, which holds a value until you close the browser tab. The table of cookies below includes the one value this website keeps there.
Cookie Categories
Cookies are usually sorted into the categories below. This website uses the first three only.
| Category | What it covers | On this website |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Signing in, the cart and checkout, and security. | Always on. The website cannot work without them. |
| Preference | Settings you choose, such as a display mode. | Set when you use the cart or the domain search. |
| Functional | Extra features, such as crediting an affiliate who referred you. | Set only if you arrive through an affiliate's link. |
| Analytics | Measuring how visitors use the website. | Not used. |
| Advertising | Adverts, and measuring adverts. | Not used. |
The Cookies We Set
| Name | Purpose | Category | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie (its name starts with "WHMCS") | Keeps you signed in and remembers your cart, language and currency while you move between pages. | Necessary | Until you close your browser |
| Sign-in cookie | Set only if you tick "Remember me" when you sign in. Keeps you signed in on that device between visits. | Necessary, by your choice | Until you sign out or it expires |
| vl-color-mode, vl-auto-mode | Remember the display mode of the cart and the domain search. | Preference | Until you close your browser |
| Affiliate cookie | Set only if you arrive through a link from one of our affiliates. Records the referral so the affiliate can be credited if you place an order. | Functional | For a limited period after your visit |
| ox-scroll | A value in session storage, not a cookie. It records how far down a page you had scrolled, so that refreshing the page returns you to the same place. It is never sent to us. | Necessary | Until you close the browser tab |
Third-Party Services
At the date of this policy, this website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies, and its pages do not load services from other companies that set cookies.
If you pay through an external payment provider, you are taken to that provider's own website to complete the payment. The provider uses its own cookies there, under its own policy.
How to Control Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in, and the cart and checkout will not work.
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so there are none for you to switch off.
Contact and Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
If you have any questions about this Cookie Policy, please get in touch through our Contact Us page.
